The Pharma & Consumer Health Division has a dedicated team for Management of the Supply Chain which has been a very crucial part of any company specially post Covid times.
Here the Focus in entirely on ensuring the Product is available when it is needed, and to ensure that all the Quality parameters are met as it reaches the hand of the Consumer.
The Supply Chain Management team also ensures that all the products landing Qatar meets the Regulatory requirements of the MOPH and Quality Standards as per the storage requirements.
Data analysis in terms of past sales history, future sales forecast, seasonal variations, marketing strategy, specific customer needs and lead time to supply is done, to do demand planning and determine the quantities to be purchased and stocked. The SCM ensures that there are always sufficient stocks in our warehouses to ensure that the patients and customers get their requirement on time and in continuous manner.
The Role of SCM is regular monitoring of low stock levels, constant follow up for supply of our purchase orders, maintaining excellent relationship with our suppliers, quick customs clearance from port and MOH, where applicable, and this has been our strength through the years to deliver above par results for our principals and as well as ensure customer satisfaction with our Customers.
